First, we researched the needs and desires of children and their families through surveys and focus groups. Then we designed and distributed a printed Cultural Pass aimed at a 6-11 year old audience to increase awareness of cultural and social activities in the area and stimulate participation through a playful experience. Finally, we empowered the local organizations and practitioners to create an informal community of practice and set some shared work goals.
