Voci di Comunit\u00e0 (\u201cVoices of the Community\u201d) is a project by BAM \u2013 Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano, developed in collaboration with Itinerari Paralleli and Bardha Mim\u00f2s ETS. It is an initiative focused on mapping, listening, and community engagement in the neighborhoods of Dergano and Bovisa.
\nThe project’s primary goal was to understand the cultural needs of local communities and to promote culture and social inclusion through a program of free activities, engaging residents and community groups in Dergano and Bovisa.
\nThe initiative continued with a listening phase, during which cultural needs were explored through semi-structured interviews and a participatory workshop\u2014a shared space designed to foster dialogue and bring to light valuable insights and ideas.
\nThe final outcome of the project is a report documenting its results, accompanied by a toolkit for active community listening\u2014a methodological resource intended to support the replication of the Voci di Comunit\u00e0 approach in other contexts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
