Together with Fondazione Brodolini, we supported the Municipality of Olbia in engaging the local community of Sacra Famiglia and Poltu Cuadu neighborhoods within a broader project of territorial regeneration. First, we conducted an on-field research and mapping activity through interviews and surveys to understand the challenges and the needs of the population. Starting from our findings we organized some co-design sessions, through the Living Labs methodology, which brought together associations and local citizens. Together, we developed ideas and proposals to improve the quality of life in the two neighborhoods. The process allowed to strengthen the relationships between the different stakeholders and to renew people’s involvement in the transformation of the area.
