The objective is to activate a multi-level network, operating at both city and municipal scales. This network will focus on enhancing, developing, and innovating the services currently offered by the existing Socio-Recreational Cultural Centers (Centri Socio Ricreativi Culturali) and WeMi Spaces. The ultimate goal is to create a new system of social hubs, known as “Case di Quartiere” (Neighborhood Houses), distinguished by an innovative integration of public and private welfare services across the city.
