As part of the 2021–2027 ERDF Regional Programme of Liguria, Itinerari Paralleli supports the Municipality of La Spezia in implementing the Territorial Strategy “La Spezia – Climate Adaptation and Sustainable Energy” (SPACES), which includes the implementation of Nature-Based Solutions to promote climate change adaptation and mitigation.
Itinerari Paralleli supports this process through participatory and awareness-raising activities aimed at engaging the local community and empowering it to become an active agent of change. Inspired by the principles of the New European Bauhaus, the project includes building relationships and networks with local stakeholders, designing educational programmes for the school community, and developing tools for environmental communication and awareness-raising.
